Sophie
Sophie is a 13.2 dark buckskin pony mare with one short sock. She kind of looks like Rocky’s twin sister — she’s Rocky in a feminine package except that instead of having Rocky’s occasionally impish sense of humor she is much more maternal and wants to take care of her riders. As one rider puts it, Sophie will fix your mistakes for you.
Sophie’s trot is very cute and she has a nice, slow canter for timid riders. A more experienced rider can move her up easily so she can get the strides. She loves to jump and can go to shows, too.
Sophie is about as sweet as a pony can be and stands quietly for grooming, clipping and bathing. She can be ridden by any level of rider from leadline through those wanting to jump and show.
