  • Single lesson $40

    Monthly lessons $152

  • Single lesson $70

    Monthly lessons $255

    Two lessons per week $440

  • Half lease $560

    A half lease includes one lesson (required) plus two hack days per week.

  • Some months will naturally include five lessons. The rate for these months is the same as a month with four lessons. That’s right! Sometimes you will receive one free lesson in a month. This allows me to take off major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas without having to schedule make-ups. Don’t worry, it all works out in the end!

  • Whether I can get you scheduled right away depends on your age and riding level since I have to work around not only my own schedule but also the schedules of the horses. If I can’t get you in right now, I am happy to put you on my waiting list and I am almost always able to work new students in within a few months.

  • I can accept riders ages three through adult in programs customized for their ages.

  • Riders are required to wear long, comfortable pants, a sturdy shoe with a heel, and a safety-approved riding helmet. I can provide a helmet for new riders. Special riding apparel is not necessary but may make riding more comfortable as lessons progress. Long hair should be pulled back into braids or a low ponytail to accommodate the helmet. Keep in mind that during winter it can be quite cold at the barn and when this is the case, most riders are more comfortable wearing gloves and dressing in multiple layers.

  • Riders who are on a prepaid package who have to miss a lesson due to illness or family commitments will be offered a makeup lesson to be taken within three months of the missed lesson. Please give 24-hours notice (except in the case of sudden illness) in order to be eligible for a makeup lesson. Riders who leave the program will forfeit any makeup lessons accrued.
